What happens to my data after a meeting?
Shuli processes your meeting — whether auto-captured or uploaded — extracts the relevant business information, and stores only the structured summary. Raw recordings and uploaded audio files are deleted after processing, and you control how long summaries are retained.
Can I delete my data at any time?
Yes. You can delete any meeting data instantly from your dashboard. Once deleted, it's gone from our servers completely. No backups, no traces.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
We support Salesforce, HubSpot, Redtail, Wealthbox, and more. Pro plans include 3 CRM integrations, while Business and Enterprise plans offer unlimited integrations. See our integrations page for the full list.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What support do you offer?
Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response times. Pro plans get priority support with faster response. Business plans include a dedicated account manager, and Enterprise plans add 24/7 priority support with custom SLAs.
What is the usage-based pricing?
All plans include a $1/hour recorded fee on top of the monthly subscription. This applies to both auto-captured meetings and uploaded audio files, and covers transcription, AI processing, and storage costs. There's no markup — we pass through our infrastructure costs directly.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
